عوامل تغير القيم المدرسية في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

ملخص: يعد موضوع تحولات القيم في المدرسة الجزائرية من الإشكالات الراهنة، لاسيما إذا كانت التحولات الجوهرية والسريعة التي يعرفها المجتمع لا تسير بشكل منسجم ومتناغم مع ما تعرفه المدرسة من تغيرات في منظومة القيم، و ما رافق ذلك من تداخل وصراع قيمي. الأمر الذي يجعل المدرسة تواجه تحديات في مجال القيم، وذلك لأسباب كثيرة، تتمثل بالأساس فيما تعرفه هذه المدرسة من تحولات قيمية، مرتبطة أساسا بديناميكا المجتمع وتحولاته البنيوية العميقة، وهذا ما يلقي على عاتق المدرسة مسؤولية مواكبة هذه التحولات، من خلال فتح قنوات الحوار حول القيم، على نطاق واسع، من شأنه أن يفضي إلى اتفاق حول القيم المشتركة التي ينبغي على المدرسة الجزائرية تنشئة الأجيال عليها. ونشير إلى أن المتعلمين يكتسبون، بالإضافة إلى القيم المسطرة في المنهاج الرسمي المصادق عليه، مفاهيم وقيما أخرى غير التي تسعى المدرسة إلى تحقيقها ولم يتم التخطيط لها رسميا. هذه التعددية في مصادر القيم كانت لها انعكاسات كبيرة في منظومة القيم بالمدرسة الجزائرية، كما أسهمت في بروز أنماط أخرى من القيم؛ مثل قيم العدوانية واللاتسامح، وعدم الاحترام والتملص من الواجبات وغيرها من القيم التي تتعارض مع قيم الحب والتسامح والاحترام والقيام بالواجب. ومنه وبناء عليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف عند بعض عوامل تغير القيم التي عرفتها المدرسة الجزائرية. Abstract: Consider the object value transformation in algerian school from present problem if he was transformation core and fasts there he know society he walking not the form compatible and proportionate with he know the school from changes in value system and he accompany this from overlap and value conflict. This diversity in value origin she was big reversity in value system for Algerian school there she participats in appearex modes from value ex hostility value and not toleration and not respect and escape from defuys and ex from value there to exposer with love value and toleration and respect and getting up for defys. And from here and building here to aim this study to stand by some facors value change there she knows Algerian school.
