Abstract

In fact, the need for information systems and the need for the decision maker dramatically increases whenever and expanded the areas and objectives of complex decisions to make, and therefore this study was based on the exploration of curriculum to illustrate the role of the supporting information systems of decision making in economic institutions in reference to Sonelgaz institution branch and distribution of electricity, gas east, where she was studying in part, the theoretical different applications and information systems support to the decision, system resources, while in the lateral practical study is based on a representative sample of all senior managers, middle and management, where he was recovering forms percent (% 85), the study showed the importance level of resource information and stages of decision-making systems in the electricity and distribution of gas Sonelgaz branch of the Foundation is a sample study looked where he was raised, in addition to the contribution of information systems resources to support and take a scheduled and semi-scheduled and unscheduled decision study also revealed the absence of any contribution to the different variables: social status qualification and educational, age and work experience, while showed no particular contribution of variables: gender courses and training. تعد عملية اتخاذ القرار من الإجراءات التنظيمية المهمة، كما أنها مرتبطة بمختلف نشاطات المنظمة، ومنها التعامل مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وبناء وتطوير نظم المعلومات ومواردها. والحقيقة أن الحاجة إلى نظم المعلومات وضرورتها بالنسبة لمتخذ القرار تتزايد بصورة كبيرة كلما اتسعت وتعقدت مجالات وغايات القرارات المطلوب اتخاذها، وبالتالي جاءت هذه الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الاستكشافي لتبيان دور نظم المعلومات في دعم واتخاذ القرارات على مستوى المؤسسات الاقتصادية مع الإشارة لمؤسسة سونلغاز فرع توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للشرق، حيث تعرضت الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى موارد نظم المعلومات المختلفة وتطبيقات نظم دعم القرار، أما في الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة تمثل جميع المستويات الإدارية العليا والمتوسطة والتنفيذية، حيث تم استرجاع استمارات بنسبة (%85) ، وقد أظهرت الدراسة مستوى الأهمية لم وارد نظم المعلومات ومراحل اتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للشرق من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة حيث كان مرتفعا، بالإضافة إلى أن مساهمة موارد نظم المعلومات في دعم واتخاذ مختلف القرارات المبرمجة وشبه المبرمجة وغير المبرمجة، كما كشفت الدراسة عن غياب أي مساهمة لمتغيرات: الحالة الاجتماعية والمؤهل العلمي والعمر والخبرة الوظيفية، بينما بينت يوجد مساهمة معينة للمتغيرات: الجنس والدورات التدريبية.
