Abstract

يُسلط الضوء في هذا الموضوع على مسألة انتحال أقطاب المدرسة العقلية لأراء المستشرقين في قضايا السُّنة النبوية وتم اختيار محمد شحرور نموذج لهذه الدراسة، التي تهدف للتتبع أهم الأفكار التي طرحها في كتاباته منتحلا فيها لبعض أفكار المستشرقين، وخاصة كتابه " السُّنة الرسولية و السُّنة النبوية" الذي أودع فيه الكاتب خلاصة آرائه تجاه السُّنة النبوية، من خلال نقده لمفاهيم مُسَّلم بها، كتعريف السُّنة وحجيتها و أقسامها، ووضعه لبدائل معاصرة لقراءة السُّنة النبوية. Abstract : The light is shed in this subject on the issue of plagiarizing, the poles of the mental school to the opinions of Orientalistes In the Sunna prophetic issues, Mohamed Shahrour has been chosen as a sample to this t study that aims to follow main ideas which he exposed in his writings plagiarizing some ideas of Orientalistes especially his book “Sunna rassoulia and sunna nabawiya” in which the writer puts the summary of his opinions towards the Sunna prophetic through his critics to recognized concepts like the reading of Sunna prophetic.
