جدل الحقيقة والشريعة في الفكر الصوفي

Abstract

من المعلوم أنَّ العقل العربي قد تشكَّل عبر الزمن، وتمركز حول سياقات ثقافية متباينة، يمكن إرجاعها إلى سياق البيان، المتصل بسلطة اللغة وبإعجاز القرآن خاصة، ثم مع انفتاح الأمة العربية على الثقافات الأخرى، ظهر للوجود سياق البرهان، مع بروز النزعة العقلية ممثلة في الفرق الكلامية والتوجهات الفلسفية، وتزامنا مع هذا السياق تشكلت معالم العرفان كثالث مكونات العقل العربي، ممثلا في الحركات الصوفية والباطنية، ولعل هذا الأخير قد أثار حوله جدلا أوسع مما أثاره البيان والبرهان، من هذا المنطلق ستحاول هذه الدراسة تناول قضية مفصلية في العرفان الصوفي، ألا وهي ثنائية الحقيقة والشريعة،التي خلفت وراءها خصومات فكرية بين الفقهاء والصوفية، انتهت في كثير من الأحيان نهايات مأساوية، وذلك من خلال علاقة هذه الثنائية بالنص القرآني وبالأحكام الشرعية، وما يتبع ذلك من قضايا موازية كجدل الولاية والنبوة والظاهر والباطن، والخصومة بين الصوفية والفقهاء.
