ضرورة المعرفة بالعلوم الاقتصادية في تدريس قضايا فقه المعاملات المالية المعاصرة

Abstract

يشغل فقه القضايا المالية حيزا مهما ضمن برامج التدريس في العلوم الإسلامية؛ نظرا لأهميته من جهة، ولتشعب موضوعاته وكثرة مستجداته ونوازله من جهة أخرى. ويتطلب الدرس الفقهي لهذه القضايا الوقوف على حقيقتها ومعرفة خصائصها للتمكن من معالجتها والتصدي لها وفق منهج البحث الفقهي لاستنباط الحكم الشرعي؛ الذي يتلقاه الناس ليضبط سلوكهم الاقتصادي في شتى المجالات المالية. ويتوقف التصور الصحيح لمسائل المعاملات المالية المعاصرة في الغالب على مختلف فروع المعرفة الاقتصادية، وهذا يستوجب على الدارس تكامل مكتسباته الشرعية مع المعارف الاقتصادية. ويُنتظَر من الدرس الفقهي إذا حَققَ أهدافه أن تكون مُخرجاته باحثين يمتلكون القدرة على مواكبة واستيعاب قضايا عصرهم في الوقائع المالية التي تتوالى وتتلاحق مستجداتها في الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. the contemporary finance issues jurisprudence have an interest big space within teaching program of the Islamic sciences, according to its importance in the first side, its various issues, era’s urgent questions, a horde situations and events in the other side. Based on the above, this requires, from the jurisprudence lesson discovering its truth, and knowing its characteristics to allow us to find solutions based on the jurisprudence research method; that orients economic behavior people in several financial fields. The exact concept about the contemporary finance issues exercise is based on the several field of the economic knowledge, therefore, the integral of this latter with the legislative background should be taken. For this, if the jurisprudence lesson achieves its aims scholars have the ability to know their issues era in the financial events where its procedures is successively in the social and economic life.
