مساهمة رأس المال الفكري في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة

Abstract

Notre recherche vise deux objectifs complémentaires. En premier lieu, elle vise à vérifier la contribution du capital intellectuel (à savoir, le capital humain, le capital structurel et le capital relationnel) dans la possibilité de l’adoption et l’application des dimensions de la philosophie de la gestion de la qualité totale (L'engagement de la haute direction, La planification de la qualité, l’orientation clients, l’amélioration continue et la composition des équipes de travail), et en second lieu, elle cherche à déterminer la nature de cette contribution. L’étude empirique est réalisée au sein de l’entreprise –N’gaous conserves- pour atteindre les objectifs de cette étude, les données sont recueillies auprès de 118 cadres supérieurs au sein de cette entreprise, et ont fait l’objet d’analyses statistiques quantitatives avec l’aide du Logiciel SPSS, enfin, un certain nombre de recommandations ont été formulées qui pourraient contribuer au développement du capital intellectuel, conduisant à l’application de la gestion globale de la qualité. This study aims to identify the contribution of intellectual capital in to the applicability of Total quality management, and to determine the contribution of the intellectual capital with its three dimensions (human capital, structural capital, relations capital), and the applicability of total quality management in its dimensions (Senior management commitment, quality planning, customer focus, continuous improvement, Building teams), this study took place at the N’gaous corporation, where it highlighted the results regarding the subject, and it concluded to a series of results that were in line with the hypotheses that emphasizes the relative contribution of intellectual capital dimensions in a differentiated manner to the possibility of applying total quality management of N’gaous corporation, to achieve study objectives, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting preliminary data from the study sample estimated at 118 employees, and in the light of the data collected, the analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out based on the SPSS program. Finally, a number of recommendations were made that could contribute to the development of intellectual capital leading to the application of total quality management. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة رأس المال الفكري في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وإلى تحديد مساهمة رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العلاقاتي)، في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها المتمثلة في (التزام الإدارة العليا، التخطيط للجودة، التركيز على الزبائن، التحسين المستمر، تشكيل فرق العمل)، في مؤسسة نقاوس للمصبرات -باتنة -، وتسليط الضوء على النتائج المترتبة على الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع، وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج التي انسجمت مع الفرضيات الموضوعة والتي تؤكد على المساهمة النسبية لأبعاد رأس المال الفكري بشكل متفاوت في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسة نقاوس للمصبرات، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان تضمنت 60 عبارة، وذلك لغرض تجميع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المقدرة ب 118 إطار بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وعلى ضوء المعطيات المحصلة تم القيام بتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامج ( SPSS)، وفي الأخير تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تنمية وتطوير رأس المال الفكري بما يؤدي إلى تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة.
