السلطة العلائقية؛ نحو براديغم آخر لفهم السلطة التنظيمية

Abstract

تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى طرح مفهوم السلطة العلائقية الذي صاغه ميشال كروزيي في إطار تطويره لنظرية الفعل الإستراتيجي التي شكلت تحولا براديغمياً في الدراسات السوسيولوجية بفضل دمجه لمقاربات تختلف في منطلقاتها بين الإتجاه الفينومينولوجي والوظيفي مستنداً في الجمع بينها على علاقات السلطة وفكرة البَنينَة. من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي نتقصى مفهوم السلطة العلائقية المنبثق من دراسات ميكرو-سوسيولوجية "سوسيولوجيا التنظيمات"، وبذلك نسعى لتبيان المسلمات الأساسية المرتبطة بهذا المفهوم وما تقدمه من عدة تحليلية مبتكر لمقاربة العلاقات الاجتماعية على مستوى النسق التنظيمي، فبواسطة السلطة العلائقية ينتقل البحث في مجال التنظيمات من التحليل الميكانيكي الخطي الذي يرتكز على الخضوع المطلق والحتمي في وصف علاقة القوي بالضعيف، إلى التحليل الإستراتيجي النسقي الذي يهتم بتفكيك إستراتيجية الفاعلين وفهم الميكانيزمات التي ينتهجها الضعيف/التابع لتحقيق التوازنات الممكنة في تفاعله مع القوي/الرئيس بهدف الحفاظ على المصالح المتباينة داخل التنظيم. This paper seeks to present the concept of relational power formulated by Michel Crozier in the context of his development of the theory of strategic action, which has constituted a paradigm shift in sociological studies by combining approaches that differ in their relation between the phenomenological and functional direction based on their combination of power relations and the idea of structuration. Through the inductive approach, we explore the concept of relational power that emerges from micro-sociological studies of “sociology of organizations”. Thus, we seek to demonstrate the basic axioms associated with this concept and provide an accurate and innovative analysis of authoritative social relations at the organizational level, It shifts the research in field of organizations from causal analysis based on absolute and deterministic subordination to the analysis of power to the weak is concerned with dismantling the strategy of the actors and understanding the mechanisms pursued by the weak / subordinate to achieve the possible balances in his interaction with the strong / President in order to maintain the different interests within the organization.
