وسائل الإعلام المسموعة ورهان الأمن الفكري: إذاعة القرآن الكريم والإذاعة الثقافية في الجزائر نموذجا

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بمحتويات وأهداف البرامج التي تقدمها إذاعة القرآن الكريم والإذاعة الثقافية في الجزائر الموجهتان للجمهور الجزائري والعربي، في سياق محاولة تعزيز الوسطية وتحقيق الأمن الفكري، وفق فهم معتدل بعيد عن التباين والتطرف. انطلاقا من هذا المعطى، تحاول الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية التي مفادها: كيف تساهم إذاعة القرآن الكريم والإذاعة الثقافية في الجزائر في تشكيل الوعي الفكري في أوساط المستمعين؟. وقد خلصت إلى أن دور الإعلام في الأمن الفكري كبير وحيوي، وأن وسائل الإعلام المسموعة رغم تراجع دورها نسبيا لا تزال قادرة على صناعة الفكر والثقافة وتشكيل الوعي في المجتمع. ويتضح أن إذاعة القرآن الكريم والإذاعة الثقافية تسهمان في تحقيق المتطلبات الأخلاقية من خلال عرض النماذج السلوكية الصحيحة التي تعمل على تكوين السلوك الأخلاقي والمبادئ والقيم الأخلاقية، وتقومان بدور مهم في التنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة للشباب، وتحرصان على نشر قيم التعاون والسلام ونبذ العنف والإرهاب، وتعميق مبادئ العدل والتسامح بين أفراد المجتمع، وتدعيم حوار الثقافات بين الأمم والدول المختلفة. Abstract : This study aims to introduce the contents and objectives of the programs offered by the Holy Quran Radio and Cultural Radio in Algeria aimed at the Algerian and Arab public, in the context of trying to promote moderation and achieve intellectual security, according to a moderate understanding that is far from contrast and extremism. Based on this, the study attempts to answer the problem that: How does the Holy Quran Radio and Cultural Radio in Algeria contribute to the formation of intellectual awareness among listeners ?. It concluded that the role of the media in intellectual security is great and vital, and that the media is one of its main functions to define the right thought that guides the members of society the proper guidance that serves their country. It turned out that the Holy Quran Radio and Cultural Radio contribute to achieve ethical requirements, by displaying the correct behavioural models that shape ethical behaviour, ethical principles and values. They play an important role in the proper socialization of young people, and eager to promote cooperation and peace, renounce violence and terrorism. They works also to deepen the principles of justice and tolerance among members of society, and to foster intercultural dialogue between nations and different countries.
