أثر متابعة البرامج السياسية و تشكيلها للوعي السياسي بالقنوات الجزائرية الخاصة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر الفضائيات الجزائرية الخاصة في عملية بلورة و تشكيل الوعي السياسي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، و مدى اهتمامهم بمتابعة القضايا و الاحداث الجارية، و نظرا لتعدد و تنوع الفضائيات الجزائرية الخاصة، قمنا باختيار قناة النهار TV باعتبارها اول قناة اخبارية جزائرية خاصة، و على اساسها قمنا بصياغة اشكاليتنا في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ماهو اثر متابعة البرامج السياسية بقناة النهار TV على تشكيل الوعي السياسي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين؟ و لتغطية محاور الدراسة و اهدافها قمنا باتباع المنهج الوصفي و استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كاداة اساسية للحصول على المعلومات و البيانات، حيث قمنا بتوزيع هذه الاخيرة على عينة بلغ حجمها 500 مفردة، اشتملت على طلبة علوم الاعلام و الاتصال و طلبة العلوم السياسية بكل من جامعات: الجزائر، قسنطينة و وهران، هذا و تجدر الاشارة الى ان طريقة اختيار مفردات العينة كانت عن طريق الحصص الممثلة بالنسبة لكل تخصص و المستوى العلمي، كما ان توزيعها تم بطريقة عرضية، اما عن اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها هذه الدراسة فقد جاءت كما يلي: * احيانا ما يشاهد الطلبة الجامعيين قناة النهار TV، حيث يفضلون المشاهدة حسب ظروفهم (خاصة في فترة المساء و الليل) بحيث تقل عن ساعة في اليوم، اما بالنسبة للمشاهدة للبرامج السياسية فتكون مع افراد العائلة. * احيانا ما يكتسب الطلبة المعلومات السياسية من خلال متابعتهم للبرامج السياسية، لذلك يعتمدون بدرجة متوسطة على قناة النهار TV في الحصول على المعارف السياسية. * لم تؤثر البرامج السياسية بقناة النهار TV في تغيير اتجاه و سلوك الطلبة الجامعيين. * يرى الطلبة الجامعيين بان البرامج السياسية بقناة النهار TV تمتاز بدرجة متوسطة في موضوعية طرحها للقضايا السياسية و الانية المتعلقة بمعالجة الاحداث و التعمق في تحليل القضايا السياسية. و بالنسبة لفرضيات الدراسة فقد اثبتت النتائج بان: الفرضية الاولى، الثانية و الثالثة و الخامسة لم تتحقق، في حين تحققت الفرضية الرابعة. Cette étude vise à étudier l'effet des chaînes privées algériennes sur le processus de cristallisation et de construction de la conscience politique des étudiants universitaires, et l'étendue de leurs intérêts portés à suivre les thèmes et les événements actuels. Grâce à la multiplicité des chaines algériennes privées, on a sélectionné la chaine Ennahar TV car elle a été la première chaîne d'information algérienne. Le point de départ de cette problématique: quel est l'effet des programmes politiques de la chaine TV sur la construction de la conscience politique chez les étudiants universitaires? Nous avons suivi la méthode descriptive et le questionnaire comme un outil de collecte des données distribuant sur une d'échantillon qui parvenaient à 500 éléments incluant les étudiants spécialisé en sciences de la communication et d'information et les étudiants de science politique, à l'Université d'Alger, Constantine et d'Oran. On a sélectionné leurs élément à travers des quotas représentatives selon chaque spécialité et chaque niveau scientifique, et et de les distribuer de manière probable. En conséquence, l'étude a atteint plusieurs résultats: * Parfois, les étudiants universitaires regardent la chaîne Ennahar TV, ils préfèrent la regarder selon les circonstances, durant le soir et la nuit. Et ils la regardent moins d'une heure par jour à la présence de leurs famille. * Parfois, les étudiants acquièrent l'information politique en suivant les programmes politiques, de sorte qu'ils dépendent à un degré moyen sur la chaîne Ennahar TV pour obtenir les connaissances politiques. * Les programmes politiques de la chaîne Ennahar TV n'ont pas affecté à changer l'attitude et le comportement des étudiants universitaires. * Les étudiants revient que les programmes politiques de la chaîne Ennahar TV sont évalues par degré moyen sur ce qui concerne l'objectivité en posant les thèmes politiques et l'actualité en traitement des événements et le profondément en l'analyse des questions politiques. - Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que la première hypothèse, la deuxième et la troisième et la cinqième ne sont pas réalisé, quand à la quatrième hypothèse se réalisent. This study aims to investigate the impact of private Algerian satellite television in the crystallization process and the formation of political awareness for university students, and the extent of their interest in follow-up and current events issues. Due to the multiplicity of the Algerian satellite was selected Ennahar TV channel the day as the first Algerian private news channels. We start from the problem that, what is the impact of the follow-up of political programs diffused in Ennahar TV channel about the formation of political awareness among university students? And we follow the descriptive approach and were used questionnaire as a tool for information and data, spread over a total sample size included 500 single specialty of information and communication Sciences and students of political science at the University of Algiers, Constantine and the student of Oran University. It was selected vocabulary by actress quota for each specialty and the level of scientific and distribute casual manner. Accordingly, the study has reached several conclusions, including; * Sometimes university students watching Ennahar TV channel, and they prefer viewing according to their circumstances especially in the evening and night. And they watch less than one hour per day and watch political programs to be with family members. * Sometimes students are gaining political information through a follow-up political program, so rely moderately on the Ennahar TV channel to get the political information. * Political programs Ennahar TV channel did not affect in changing the character and behavior of university students. * University students believe that the political programs Ennahar TV channel characterized by subjectivity and timely raised political issues in the event processing, and in-depth analysis of political issues. - The result of the study proved that the first hypothesis, the second and third and fifth did not achieved, when the fourth hypothesis achieved.
