دور الشركات العسكرية و الأمنية الخاصة في حوكمة الأمن العالمي

Abstract

تعالج هاته الاطروحة ظاهرة الشركات الامنية العسكرية الخاصة (PMSCs)، قاصدة معرفة دور هاته الشركات في حوكمة الامن العالمي و التقرب ابستمولوجيا من حقيقتها المعرفية المشكلة لهويتها المعقدة، و الى التحقق من علاقاتها المترابطة مع شتى الفواعل الامنية الخاصة. و عليه تسعى هاته الدراسة الى اعطاء فهم شامل لدور الشركات الامنية و العسكرية الخاصة في العلاقات الدولية، رغم كثرة المفاهيم و المدلولات الموصلة لها، فنحن حقا لا نفهم ماهيتها، نظرا لتعدد المسميات و تعقد الفواعل و الكيانات المرتبطة بها، على غرار تباين كثرة التصنيفات و الاحكام الاكسيولوجية - القيمية و الاخلاقية - المقدمة لها؛ محاولة في الاخير تقديم تقييم شامل لهاته لظاهرة الفواعل الخاصة في الدراسات الامنية المعاصرة، و تقديم تصور مفاهيمي واضح لشتى فواعل و كيانات الامن الخاص. This thesis addresses the phenomenon of private security and military companies (PMSCs), seeking to approximate epistemologically, intended to know the role of these companies in the governance of global security from their epistemological reality formed for their complex identity, and to verify their interrelated relationships with various private security actors. Accordingly, this study seeks to give an inclusive understanding of what private security and military companies are in international relations, despite the many concepts similar to the variance of many classification and connotations connected to them; finally, an attempt to provide a comprehensive assessment of the role of these private actors (PMSCs) in contemporary security studied, and to provide a clear conceptual of the various private security actors and entities.
