القطاع الخيري و دوره في علاج المشكلات الإقتصادية

Abstract

Cette étude traite du sujet : « Le secteur caritatif et son rôle dans la résolution des problèmes économiques », en raison de sa grande importance dans le traitement des problèmes les plus importants qui se heurtent à la société. Par conséquent, cette étude a été consacrée à expliquer les rôles joués par le secteur caritatif pour y parvenir. Ce message est parti d'une introduction; Ce sont les points les plus importants qui y sont liés, et deux chapitres; Le premier chapitre était intitulé «La vérité du secteur caritatif»; Là où il a été identifié ce que c'est, ses images et ses formes, et les types les plus importants qui peuvent y être rattachés, et le deuxième chapitre était intitulé: "Le rôle du secteur caritatif dans le traitement des problèmes économiques", où les rôles les plus importants ont joué par le secteur caritatif, dans ses deux types de devoir et de volontariat, ont été identifiés dans le traitement du problème du chômage, de l'inflation, de la thésaurisation et de la pauvreté. Cette étude s'est conclue par une conclusion ; Il comprend les conclusions et recommandations les plus importantes ; Le plus important de ces résultats était que le secteur caritatif - des deux types - a un grand rôle dans le traitement des problèmes économiques dont souffre la société, et l'une des recommandations les plus importantes pour cette recherche était ; Inviter les chercheurs à étudier les problèmes économiques restants. Comme le problème de la récession, des catastrophes, des dettes et autres problèmes économiques que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'étudier, comme je l'ai recommandé aux chercheurs, la nécessité de prêter attention au secteur caritatif, et de clarifier son rôle dans le traitement des problèmes sociaux. This study deals with the topic: “The charitable sector and its role in solving economic problems”, because of its great importance in treating the most important of these problems that stumble into society. Therefore, this study was devoted to explaining the most important basic roles that the charitable sector played in achieving this. This message started from an introduction; These were the most important points related to it, and two chapters; The first chapter was entitled "The Truth of the Charitable Sector"; Where it was identified what it is, its images and forms, and the most important types that can fall under it, and the second chapter was entitled: "The role of the charitable sector in treating economic problems", where the most important roles played by the charitable sector, in its two types of duty and volunteerism, were identified in treating the problem of unemployment, Inflation, hoarding, and poverty. This study was concluded with a conclusion; It includes the most important findings and recommendations; The most prominent of these results was that the charitable sector - of both types - has a great role in solving the economic problems that society suffers from, and one of the most prominent recommendations of this research was; Inviting researchers to study the remaining economic problems. Such as the problem of recession, disasters, debt, and other economic problems that I could not afford to study. I also recommend researchers to pay attention to the charitable sector, and to explain its role in treating social problems. تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع: "القطاع الخيري و دوره في علاج المشكلات الإقتصادية"، لما له من اهمية كبيرة في علاج اهم هذه المشكلات التي يتخبط فيها المجتمع، و لذا خصصت هذه الدراسة لبيان اهم الادوار الاساسية التي لعبها القطاع الخيري في سبيل تحقيق ذلك. انطلقت هذه الرسالة من مقدمة؛ و كانت هذه اهم النقاط المتعلقة بها، و بابين؛ فكان الباب الاول بعنوان "حقيقة القطاع الخيري"؛ حيث تم التعرف على ماهيته، و صوره و اشكاله، و اهم الانواع التي يمكن ان تندرج تحته، و كان الباب الثاني بعنوان: "دور القطاع الخيري في علاج المشكلات الإقتصادية"، حيث تم التعرف على اهم الادوار التي لعبها القطاع الخيري بنوعيه - الواجب و التطوعي - في علاج مشكلة البطالة، و التضخم، و الاكتناز، و الفقر. و ختمت هذه الدراسة بخاتمة؛ تضم اهم النتائج و التوصيات؛ حيث كان ابرز هذه النتائج، ان القطاع الخيري - بنوعيه - له دور كبير في علاج المشكلات الاقتصادية التي يعاني منها المجتمع، و كان من ابرز التوصيات لهذا البحث؛ دعوة الباحثين الى دراسة ما تبقى من المشكلات الاقتصادية؛ كمشكلة الكساد، و الكوارث، و الديون، و غيرها من المشكلات الاقتصادية التي لم يتسع لي المجال لدراستها، كما اوصي الباحثين بضرورة الاهتمام بالقطاع الخيري، و بيان دوره في علاج المشكلات الاجتماعية.
