Abstract

يعدّ تفعيل العمل بتكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات و الإعلان وتحيين مختلف القنوات الداخلية للمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية وعصرنتها، ذو أهمية بالغة ولابدّ منه ، حيث يتناول المقال المطروح يتناول المقال المطروح مكانة التكنولوجيات الحديثة في الاتصال والمعلومات والاعلان ودورها في النهوض بصورة المؤسسة الاستشفائية بالجزائر والتي تعاني وللأسف من نظرة سوداوية، وللتأكد من صحة الفرضية التي مفادها بأن تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات والإعلان تساهم في تحسين أداء و صورة الخدمة الاستشفائية وبالتالي تغيير تلك الصورة السلبية الملازمة للمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية الجزائرية ككل، ويندرج هذا المقال العلمي المطروح ضمن طابع البحوث الوصفية في شكله الميداني من خلال الاعتماد على الملاحظة بالمشاركة و المعايشة و المقابلة المقننة مع مسؤولين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية كعينة قصدية،للوصول في الأخير الى نتيجة مردها أن مكانة تلك الوسائل المتطورة ضرورة لابد منها الارتقاء بنوعية الخدمات الاستشفائية المقدّمة للمرضى و بالأخص عند مواجهة الأوبئة. Activating the work of communication, information and advertising technology and updating the various internal channels of the public hospital institution and modernizing it is extremely important and inevitable, as the article discusses the position of modern technologies in communication, information and advertising and their role in improving the image of the hospital institution in Algeria, which Unfortunately, it suffers from a bleak outlook. And to ensure the validity of the hypothesis that communication, information and advertising technology contributes to improving the performance and image of the hospital service and consequently changing that negative image inherent to the Algerian public hospital hospital as a whole, and this scientific article presented falls within the nature of descriptive research in its field form through Relying on observation with participation, coexistence, and codified interview with hospital institution officials as an intentional sample, in order to finally reach a result due to the fact.
