نحو فهم شامل لماهية الشركات الامنية والعسكرية الخاصة

Abstract

تعالج هاته الدراسة إشكالية الارتياب المفاهيمي في معرفة ظاهرة الشركات الامنية والعسكرية الخاصة (PMSCs)، قاصدةً التقرب إبستمولوجيا من حقيقتها المعرفية المشكلة لهويتها المعقدة، والي التحقق من علاقاتها المترابطة مع شتي الفواعل الأمنية الخاصة. وعليه تسعى هاته الدراسة الي اعطاء فهم شامل لماهية الشركات الامنية والعسكرية الخاصة في العلاقات الدولية، رغم كثرة المفاهيم والمدلولات الموصلة لها، فنحن حقًا لا نفهم ماهيتها، نظرا لما تشهده من ترابط وتداخل وتعقد الفواعل والكيانات المرتبطة بها، على غرار تباين الأحكام الأكسيولوجية –القيمية والأخلاقية- المقدمة لوصفها؛ محاولة في الأخير تكوين مفهمة إجرائية عامة لاستبصار التسمية الشاملة (PMSCs)، وتقديم تصور مفاهيمي ونظري واضح لشتي فواعل وكيانات الأمن الخاص في السياسة العالمية المعاصرة.This study addresses the problem of conceptual uncertainty in understanding the phenomenon of private security and military companies (PMSCs), seeking to approximate epistemologically, from their epistemological reality formed for their complex identity, and to verify their interrelated relationships with various private security actors. Accordingly, this study seeks to give an inclusive understanding of what private security and military companies are in international relations, despite the many concepts and connotations connected to them.; Finally, an attempt to form a procedural Conceptualization and to abstract the comprehensive naming (PMSCs), and to provide a clear conceptual perception of the various Private Security actors and entities in contemporary world politics.
