الحركات الإسلامية ومعضلة الدولة المدنية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقفي مسار التحول في خطاب الحركات الإسلامية الراهنة، وانتقال بعض فصائلها من العمل الدعوي إلى العمل السياسي، حيث تم التخلي عن مقولة إقامة دولة إسلامية لصالح إقامة دولة ديمقراطية، ومن المعارضة للأنظمة القائمة إلى ممارسة السلطة، ومن خطاب القطيعة إلى خطاب التفكير المشترك في الحلول، والعمل على تعديل بعض المواقف والأحكام من قضايا اجتماعية أو اقتصادية أو ثقافية. ومن خلال دراسة حالة حركة التوحيد والإصلاح المغربية سنحاول الإجابة عن علاقة نشوء الحركات الإسلامية بمأزق الدولة الحديثة وبروز سؤال الهوية في المجتمعات العربية الإسلامية. This study aims to retrace the transformation in the discourse of the current Islamic movements, and the transition of some of its factions from advocacy to political action, where the principle of establishing an Islamic state was abandoned in favor of establishing a democratic state, and from discourse of estrangement to discourse of common thinking about solutions, and working to amend some positions and provisions of social, economic or cultural issues. Through studying the case of the Moroccan Movement of Unity and Reform, we will try to answer the relationship of the emergence of Islamic movements with the dilemma of the modern state and the emergence of the identity question in Arab Islamic societies.
