تأثير الأعمال الإلكترونية على تعزيز القدرات التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال في الدول العربية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مدى تأثير الأعمال الإلكترونية في الرفع من القدرة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال في الوطن العربي وكذا تشخيص تطبيقات الأعمال الالكترونية المطبقة فيها من خلال عرض وتحليل بعض المعطيات الإحصائية للبنية التحتية الالكترونية والاقتصاد الرقمي،مع التركيز على تجربة مدينة دبي للانترنت كنموذج رائد وتنافسي في مجال الأعمال الالكترونية والاقتصاد الرقمي. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها؛أن منظمات الأعمال في الوطن سجلت تأخرا ملحوظا في مجال الخدمات والأعمال الالكترونية وتطبيقات الاقتصاد الرقمي،وكذا في نسبة استخدام التقنيات الالكترونية والوسائل الحديثة الداعمة لها باستثناء دولة الإمارات التي تعتبر رائدة في مجال التكنولوجيات الحديثة و "دبي للانترنت" دليل على ذلك. This paper aims to highlight the impact of e-business on enhancing the competitiveness of business organizations in the Arab World as well as to diagnose the applications of e-business applications in the Arab World by presenting and analyzing some statistical data for e-infrastructure and the digital economy, with emphasis on the Dubai Internet City experience as a leading and competitive model in the field E-Business and the Digital Economy. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the business organizations in the country recorded a noticeable delay in the field of services, electronic works and digital economy applications, as well as the use of electronic technologies and the modern means supporting them except the UAE, which is considered a pioneer in the field of modern technologies and Dubai Internet is proof of this.
