دور المؤسسات التعليمية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي في عصر العولمة

Abstract

إن العولمة كظاهرة مست كل جوانب الحياة و انعكست آثارها على الأوضاع السياسية و الاقتصادية و الثقافية للمجتمعات خاصة الدول العربية حيث أنها أصبحت مجالا حيويا مرتبط بحياتنا بشكل مباشر ، خاصة تلك المرتبطة بالقيم المجتمعية و التي أصبحت خطر على عادات وتقاليد التي نشأ عليها المجتمع حيث تهدف هاته الورقة البحثية الى التركيز على دور المؤسسات التعليمية في تحقيق الامن المجتمعي في ظل الانتشار المتسارع لتداعيات العولمة ،فالحفاظ على الأمن المجتمعي يتحقق بالدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسات التربوية و ذلك من خلال التعرف على الامن المجتمعي و أهم المقتربات المفسرة له ،وكذلك ابراز الآثار التي افرزتها العولمة على الأمن المجتمعي ، ومن ثم معرفة دور المؤسسات التربوية في حماية الامن المجتمعي ،باعتبارها اللبنة الأساسية في بناء و غرس القيم المجتمعية في الفرد و حمايتها من القيم الدخيلة على المجتمع. Globalization as a phenomenon touches all aspects of life and its effects are reflected in the political, economic and cultural conditions of societies, especially the Arab countries, those linked to societal values which have become a threat to the customs and traditions that the society has grown up on, where these The research paper focused on the role of educational institutions in achieving societal security. Preserving community security is achieved by the role played by educational institutions by identifying community security and, as well as the effects of globalization on Community security, and then knowing the role of educational institutions in protecting them, as it is the basic building and instilling societal values in the individual and protecting them from other values to society.
