التعاون الروسي-الصيني لمواجهة الهيمنة الأمريكية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى البحث في منظمة شنغهاي للتعاون، التي تحظى بثقل جيواسترايجي وبمكانة وازنة في النظام الدولي، من خلال الانطلاق من إشكالية فحواها: إلى أي مدى يمكن اعتبار أن منظمة شنغهاي للتعاون تشكل إطار إستراتيجي لمأسسة الجهود الروسية-الصينية لمواجهة الهيمنة الأمريكية في الفضاء الأوراسي وعلى مستوى النظام الدولي؟ وقد خلص هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن ذلك، أن منظمة شنغهاي تحولت إلى أداة إستراتيجية يرتكز عليها المحور الروسي- الصيني لمناهضة التغلغل الأمريكي- الأطلسي في الفضاء الأوراسي، كما تحولت إلى إطار فعال لمأسسة العمل المشترك الكفيل بتغيير التوازنات الدولية القائمة، والدعوة إلى بناء نظام دولي متعدد الأقطاب، يضمن لها هامش أوسع من المناورة ومن حرية العمل في السياسة الدولية. This study aims to research in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which has geostrategic importance in the international system, by starting from a problematic content: How did the Shanghai Cooperation Organization become a strategic framework to institutionalize Russian-Chinese efforts to confront American hegemony in the Eurasian region and at the level of the international system?. This research concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that the Shanghai organization has turned into a strategic tool used by the Russian-Chinese axis to confront the American-Atlantic penetration in the Eurasian region, and an effective framework to institutionalize common efforts capable of changing existing international balances and calling for building an international system Multipolar, ensuring a broader margin of maneuver in international politics.
