تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية

Abstract

في بيئة معقدة وحركية مثل بيئة الرعاية الصحية، التي تتطلب ابتكارا مستمرا من أجل الموازنة بين توقعات العملاء والتكلفة، يبقى التحدي الأساسي هو إدارة المعلومات والمعارف بفاعلية من أجل تحسين الأداء. وعليه، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في هذا القطاع يعد أمرا ضروريا، إلا أن هناك اختلافا في إدراك هذه الحقيقة بين الدول المتقدمة والنامية، وأنه لا بد من التعامل مع جملة من التحديات من أجل ضمان التطبيق السليم. In a complex and dynamic environment such as a healthcare environment that requires constant innovation to balance customer expectations and cost, the key challenge remains to effectively manage information and knowledge to improve performance. Therefore, this study aims at high light the reality of the application of knowledge management in this sector, The study concluded that the application of knowledge management in health care sector is essential. However, there is a difference in understanding this fact between developed and developing countries, and that a number of challenges must be addressed in order to ensure proper application.
