الاقتصاد الدائري الأخضر- إعادة تدوير المخلفات وأثرها على التوازن الايكولوجي وإنتاج بدائل الطاقة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى ابراز الآثار البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لعملية إعادة تدوير النفايات ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك من أجل استرجاع وتجديد المنتج لأطول فترة ممكنة حيث أضحت المخلفات المشكلة البيئية الأكثر إلحاحا في عصرنا الحالي المهددة لكوكب الأرض نتيجة سوء استخدام الانسان لعناصر الطبيعة من خلال ممارساته الإنتاجية والاستهلاكية الخطية، وعدم اعتماد الطرق الرشيدة والحديثة في التخلص من النفايات، ما انجر عنه اختلالات ايكولوجية بانبعاث الغازات الدفيئة واستنزاف الموارد الطبيعية، كل هذه المستجدات البيئية افرزت مفاهيم جديدة كالاقتصاد الدائري ودوره في استدامة الموارد والطاقات وجعلها اكثر دائرية من خلال آلية تدوير النفايات من اجل الانتاج الصديق للبيئة وتحقيق الجدوى الاقتصادية بخلق فرص تشغيلية ومصادر جديدة للدخل، والحد من المتغيرات المناخية، وإيجاد مصادر طاقوية جديدة، وبالتالي تحويل المشكلة الى مصدر للموارد للأجيال القادمة. This research paper aims to highlight the environmental, economic and social impacts of waste recycling and its role in achieving sustainable development in order to recover and renew the product as long as possible, whereas Residues became the biggest envirenemental issue nowdays, threatining the planet due to human’s missuse of environment elements by productive and consuming acts , and not following new and modren techniques to get rid of garbage conseqeuncing ecological unbalance by gaz emission and draining natural resources, all these environmental updactes came up with new concepts such as Circular Economy and it’s role to ensure powers and resources and making them more circle and through recycling process for Environment friendly production, and creating employment opportunities and new sources of income, limiting climatic variables, and finding new sources of energy, there by transforming the problem into a source of resources for future generations.
