Abstract

تهدف الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مدى تأثير التهديدات البيئية على امن الانسان و العالم، كما تهدف ايضا توضيح المسؤولية المشتركة بين مختلف الفواعل في كفالة الامن البيئي، فلقد اثارت التهديدات البيئية و المشاكل التي شهدها العالم اهتماما بالغا في مختلف الاوساط الاكاديمية و العلمية، و لدى دوائر صناعة القرار السياسي في العالم في ظل التنامي السريع للتداعيات السلبية للتهديدات الناجمة عن التقصير في المسؤوليات المنوطة بكل جهة استوجب عليها ان تكفل بقدر حدود مسؤوليتها جانبا من جوانب حماية البيئة، فهناك علاقة تكاملية بين الانت البيئي و الامن الانساني، يندرج في اطار تأثير و تأثر، ما استوجب رفع الاهتمامات و الالتزامات الدول محليا و اقليميا و دوليا، خاصة فيما تعلق بتفعيل اليات التعاون الدولي و استراتيجيات الدفاع المشترك للحد من التلوث البيئي و التخلص نت النفايات الكيماوية السامة. The study aims to highlight the impact of environmental threats on human and world security; it also aims at clarifying the responsibility of various actors in ensuring environmental security. The environmental threats and problems which witnessed by the world have aroused great interest in various academic and scientific frames, as well as political decision-makers in the world in light of the rapid development of the negative repercussions of the threats resulting from the failure of the responsibilities entrusted to each side, which must ensure to the extent of its responsibility to some aspect of environmental protection, there is an integrative relationship between environmental and human security, rare As part of the influence and impact, which necessitated raising concerns and obligations of States locally and regionally and internationally, particularly with respect to activate the mechanisms of international cooperation and joint defense strategies to reduce environmental pollution and disposal of toxic chemical waste.
