الإمام صديق حسن خان و منهجه في بناء الفروع على الأصول 1248ه / 1307ه - 1832م / 1890م

Abstract

1- Titre de la thèse : (L’imam Saddikh Hassan Khan et sa méthode relative à la construction des Sous-règles sur les règles). 2- Saddik Hassan Khan est un érudit indien (1248 H / 1307 H / 1832 g /1890). 3- Il a pu réunir le savoir au pouvoir, chose que très peu de monde peut l’avoir. 4- Il a beaucoup participé par son savoir aux différentes disciplines, du fait qu’il maîtrise parfaitement les sciences concrètes et abstraites, comme : le fikh (la doctrine), les fondements (El oussoules), la langue, l’interprétation, et enfin la logique. 5- Sa place supérieur s’avère à travers ce qu’il a écrit en trois langues : L’arabe, le persan, et l’ourdou (El ourdia) .Il a publié plus de deux cents oeuvres. L’un de ses ouvrages peut contenir ou dépasser les dix tomes dans toutes les connaissances. 6-Son système doctrinal (El fi khi) et fondamentaliste (El oussouli) est celui des connaisseurs, tels : Ibn Taimya, Ibn elkaiem, Essanaâni…et autres. Les particularités de ce procédé consistent à suivre la preuve légitime probante, à isoler le fanatisme sectaire, et l’imitation aveugle pour l’opinion. 7-ce puits de science mérite que les chercheurs s’occupent de lui et de sa carrière scientifique et politique par des recherches académiques homologuées. 8-Notre patrimoine culturel islamique est riche en savants qui nous ont gardé la religion telle qu’elle a été descendue, tout en la comprenant à l’imitation du prophète que le salut du dieu soit sur lui et ses compagnons. Les scientifiques sont appelés, en groupe ou en solo ; à valoriser la richesse que les stars susdits ont léguée, dans le but de la présenter aux générations qui se succèdent ; comme un miel pur de toute souillure. 1- Research title: (Imam Seddik Hassan Khan and his methodology of setting branches on origins). 2- Seddik Hassan Khan is an Indian scholar (1248 – 1307 AH) (1832-1890 G). 3- His personality was characterized by two great features rarely found in one person: Erudition and leadership. 4- His contributions were many and extensive and covered diverse scientific matters. He dealt with different topics related to rational and traditional sciences such as science of jurisprudence, philology, exegesis and logics. 5- His high rank and position are outstandingly evidenced by his numerous writings in Arabic, Urdu and Persian. 6-His methodological approach in jurisprudence is similar to that of Ibn Tiamia, Ibn Qaim, Al-Sanani, Ash-Shawkani and others .The most important feature of such methodology is the search for invariable legal evidence, the discard of any doctrinal fanaticism and the avoidance of any blind acceptance of opinions. 7-Truly , this great man deserves that researches each in their field write about him lengthy papers specialized magazines on as varied subjects as jurisprudence , logics , foundations of religion , and Daawa. 8-Our Islamic heritage is rich with eminent scholars who certainly protected our religion with Almighty Help. Indeed, we inherited the fruit of their thoughts and efforts so that we would appreciate Islam the way they had understood it. It is high time many of the works and endeavors of our great and celebrated scholars were dusted off and presented in a new dress, beautifully compiled in such pure, unstained, and immaculate way. 1- عنوان البحث: (الإمام صديق حسن خان و منهجه في بناء الفروع على الأصول). 2- صديق حسن خان عالم هندي (1248ه / 1307ه - 1832م / 1890م). 3- تميزت شخصيته بالجمع بين رئاستين عظيمتين قلما تجتمعان لواحد من الناس و هما: (العلم) و (الامارة). 4- كانت له مشاركات كثيرة و مكثفة في ميادين العلم المختلفة، اذ جمع بين شتى العلوم النقلية و العقلية: من فقه، و اصول و لغة، و تفسير، و منطق ... 5- منزلته الرفيعة تظهر من خلال مصنفاته و تاليفه الكثيرة، و باللغات الثلاث، العربية، و الفارسية و الاردية، و التي تجاوزت المائتي مؤلف، و في الكتاب الواحد قد يكون اكثر من عشر مجلدات، و في شتى العلوم. 6- منهجه الفقهي و الاصولي هو منهج المحققين من امثال: ابن تيمية، و ابن القيم، و الصنعاني و الشوكاتي ... و غيرهم، و اهم سمات هذا المنهج مراعاة الدليل الشرعي الثابت، و الابتعاد عن التعصب المذهبي، و التقليد الاعمى للراي. 7- يستحق هذا العالم التحرير الموسوعي ان يتناوله الباحثون و كل حسب تخصصه برسائل علمية محكمة، و في مجالات شتى، فقهية و اصولية، و منطقية و دعوية ... 8- ان تراثنا الاسلامي غزير بمثل هؤلاء العلماء الافذاذ الذين حفظوا لنا الدين بحفظ الله سبحانه و تعالى، فاوصلوا لنا ثمار افكارهم، و جهودهم كي نتعلم الاسلام غضا طريا كما فهموه، و ان الكثير من هؤلاء الجهابذة من يحتاج الى نفض الغبار عن مجهوده، و اظهاره في حلة جديدة، مجموعا في مكان واحد، محققا و منقحا، عسلا، مصفى لا شوب فيه، و لا كدر. عن الباحث.
