الشباب الجامعي الجزائري ومعوقات المبادرة والتفكير الإبداعي في ضوء رهانات الواقع

Abstract

في العصر الحالي أصبح الإبداع التفكيري يشغل حيزا كبيرا في دائرة تنمية المهارات والمعارف وتوظيفها في عمليات الإنتاج المختلفة، فضلا عن الاهتمام بالدور الاجتماعي والثقافي للإنسان،وإطلاق حركة العقل من أجل تنمية القدرات والعمل على مبدأ تكريس المبادرة الاجتماعية والإبداع المستمر لدى فئة الشباب الجامعي لكونهم يتمتعون بخصائص فكرية كالموهبة والذكاء، وعليه تعرض الدراسة الفرضية التالية: تؤثر معوقات التفكر الإبداعي على سلوك الطلبة وأنماط تفكيرهم، وهذا ما سيتم التحقق منه من خلال منهج المسح الميداني على عينة من طلبة جامعة باتنة1. انطلاقا مما توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: هناك استعداد واضح للتعلم من خلال وسائل وطرق تعليمية للحوار والنقاش وإثارة الفضول والاهتمام ، وهناك ما يقارب الإجماع على فشل أسلوب التلقين في تنمية الأفكار ، وغالبا ما يؤثر المناخ الجامعي والبيئة الاجتماعية التي يعيش فيها الطالب على أنماط تفكيره بطرق سلبية .
