مساهمة رسالة المؤسسة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذا الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الخلفية النظرية للمفاهيم المتعلقة بدراسة رسالة المؤسسة ومصادر اكتساب الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة عامة ومجمع صيدال بالجزائر لصناعة الأدوية بصفة خاصة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: قام المجمع بصياغة رسالته بطريقة فعالة تحوي مجمل عناصر الرسالة الناجحة؛ الميزة التنافسية المطبقة في مجمع صيدال هي ميزة التكلفة المنخفضة(اعتمادها على تصنيع الادوية الجنيسة او المقلدة)؛ يسعى مجمع صيدال إلى صياغة رسالة تراعي شروط ومعايير تحقيق تفوقهما أمام المؤسسات المنافسة؛ الآثار الايجابية لصياغة رسالة على مجمع صيدال بالجزائر تم تقيمه من خلال زيادة الحصة السوقية، تنافسية، زيادة أرباحه، زيادة ولاء الزبائن ولكن بنسب متفاوتة؛ وعلى ضوء النتائج السابقة قدمت الدراسة عدة اقتراحات أهمها: ضرورة تكثيف الأنشطة التدريبية للعمال، تحسين الظروف المادية والمعنوية للعمال؛ ضرورة إدماج المسؤولية الاجتماعية وذلك بإصدار وتوزيع ميثاق الأخلاقيات، إنشاء لجنة دائمة لترويج بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، التكفل المهني والدائم للنفايات الصناعية والخطيرة، وضع برنامج تحسيسي للعمال الخاص بمعيار الايزو26000. ترويج الحوار الاجتماعي عن طريق تكثيف اللقاءات مع العمال مثل الندوة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في ديسمبر2014و الاجتماع السنوي للمندوبين الطبيين في مارس2014؛ عصرنة وتحديث المصانع الحالية. The aim of this study is to shed light on the theoretical background of the concepts related to the study of the institution's mission and sources of gaining competitive advantage in economic institutions in general and the Saidal complex in Algeria for the pharmaceutical industry in particular. The study reached several results, the most prominent of which are: • The complex has drafted his message in an effective manner containing the overall successful elements; • The applied competitive advantage in the Saidal Complex is the low cost advantage (its reliance on the manufacture of generic or counterfeit medicines); • SIDAL Complex seeks to formulate a message that takes into account the conditions and criteria for achieving their superiority to competing institutions • The positive impact of drafting a message on Saidal Complex in Algeria, has been assessed by the increasing in market share, competitiveness, increasing profits, and the increasing of the customer loyalty but in varying proportions; In light of the previous results, the study made several suggestions, the most important of which are: • The need to intensify training activities for workers, and to improve the material and moral conditions of workers; • The need to integrate social responsibility through the issuance and distribution of the code of ethics, the establishment of a permanent committee to promote social responsibility, the professional and permanent sponsorship of industrial and hazardous waste, and the development of a sensitization program for workers to ISO 26000. • Promote social dialogue by intensifying meetings with workers such as the Economic and Social Seminar in December 2014 and the Annual Meeting of Medical Delegates in March 2014; • Modernization of the existing factories;
