متلازمة أرق المعلومات، مصادرها ومظاهرها

Abstract

نستهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة تشخيص واقع متلازمة أرق المعلومات باعتبارها ظاهرة مرضية لطالما أفرزتها خفايا ثورة المعلومات بتقنياتها الحديثة وباستخداماتها المتنوعة. من منطلق الوقوف على مدى انتشار هذه الظاهرة في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، ومعرفة مظاهرها ونتائجها بالنسبة لمتخذي القرارات الإستراتيجية فيها، في محاولة لتجاوزها أو الحد من آثارها نظير ما تقتضيه الطفرة المعلوماتية من مهارات التعامل مع المعلومات وما تتطلبه القرارات إستراتيجية من استجابات سريعة واستباقية. فقد دلت النتائج انتشار هذه الظاهرة بدرجة كبيرة في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، ولا تقتصر على مؤسسة بعينها ولا على متخذ القرار دون غيره. يشعر من خلالها بإرهاق وتشويش ذهني وصعوبة في تمييز المعلومات المهمة ضمن الكم الهائل من المعلومات المبهمة والمبعثرة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج نوصي بضرورة وضع إستراتيجية وقائية للاستفادة من التكنولوجيات الجديدة. واقتراح تخصيص مهنة المتعقب Traqueur باستخدام أحدث الأدوات مثل Infométrie, Datamining, Textmining. This study aims at diagnosing the reality of Information fatigue syndrome (IFS) as a sickness that has long been revealed by the information revolution with its modern techniques and its various uses. Also, the study aims at identifying this phenomenon and its results to the strategic decision-maker in the enterprises case study. The results showed the prevalence of this phenomenon in the enterprises case study which is not limited to a particular enterprise or particular decision-maker. The strategic decider feels tired, confused and has difficulties to distinguish important information from the large amount of information. The study recommends the necessity to build a preventive strategy to benefit from new technologies and suggests a profession called “Data Tracker or Gatekeeper” based on using most developed tools such as: Infometric, Data Mining and Text Mining.
