تعد الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص أحد الوسائل الأساسية الحديثة، التي تساهم في تعزيز وتوفير الحاجات الضرورية للتنمية، وضمان التمويل لتقديم خدمات ذات جودة متميزة، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول تسليط الضوء على أهم التجارب الدولية المتعلقة بالاستثمارات في مجال مشروعات البنية التحتية في إطار الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، والخلاصة المتوصل إليها هو نجاح العديد من التجارب التي قامت بها الدول المتقدمة اقتصاديا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى لا تزال تجارب الدول النامية تمتاز بعدم الفعالية.
