التجربة الإماراتية في مجال الإبتكار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري للابتكار، والتطرق إلى الإستراتيجية الوطنية للابتكار وأهم الإنجازات لمدينة دبي، وإبراز أهم الابتكارات الإماراتية الناجحة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الإستراتيجية الوطنية للابتكار تهدف إلى تحفيز الإبداع والابتكار في المجالات السبعة التي تعتمد اعتماداً أساسياً على الابتكار في تحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية وهي: الطاقة المتجددة، النقل، التعليم، الصحة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، المياه والفضاء. وتم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات أبرزها: ضرورة تسليط الضوء على المجالات الرئيسية التي تشكل أساس لدولة قائمة على الابتكار، وهي: القوانين والتشريعات، التعليم والبنية التحتية، الاهتمام بحاضنات الابتكار والتمويل، المسابقات التنافسية، الفعاليات والمؤتمرات والمشاركات التفاعلية. This study aims to identify the theoretical framework for innovation, and addressed to the national strategy for innovation and the most important achievements of Dubai, and to highlight the Emirates most successful innovations. The study found a number of results, including: the National Strategy for Innovation aims to stimulate creativity and innovation in the seven areas which relies primarily on innovation in achieving its strategic objectives, namely: renewable energy, transportation, education, health, information and communication, water and space technology. It was presented a package of proposals including: the need to highlight the key areas that form the basis of the State based on the innovation, namely: laws and legislation, education, infrastructure, innovation incubators attention and funding, competitions, events and conferences, interactive posts.
