السياحة البيئية بين متطلبات التنمية و مقتضيات حماية الحق في بيئة نظيفة

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع السياحة البيئية بين متطلبات التنمية و مقتضيات حماية الحق في بيئة نظيفة، حيث عالجت مختلف المسائل التي تربط بين السياحة البيئية، التنمية و الحق في بيئة نظيفة و تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج لعل أهمها هي؛ أن السياحة البيئية تلعب دورا هاما في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية و تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، إذ توجد هناك علاقة تفاعليّة تبادلية بين كل من الحق في بيئة نظيفة و التنمية، و نتيجة لطبيعة هذه العلاقة ظهرت التنمية المستدامة التي تسعى إلى تحقيق التوازن بين الأبعاد الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية و البيئية. كما توجد من جهة أخرى علاقة جد مهمة تربط السياحة البيئية بالتنمية المستدامة، و التي نتجت عنها السياحة المستدامة التي تختلف في مضمونها عن السياحة البيئية، لأن السياحة المستدامة يجب تتوفر في جميع أنواع السياحة، في حين أن السياحة البيئية ليست مستدامة تلقائيا إذ يجب تطبيق مبادئ الاستدامة على السياحة البيئية لكي تصبح سياحة بيئية مستدامة. أما وضعية القطاع السياحي في الجزائر فهي لا تزال هشة و لا ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب، بالرغم من الإمكانيات و المقومات المتميزة التي تمتلكها الجزائر، و التي تؤهلها لأن تكون من بين الدول المستقبلة و الجاذبة للسياح بالدرجة الأولى، إلا أن الجزائر حاولت تدارك الأمر بشأن القطاع السياحي، من خلال اعتماد إستراتيجية .SDAT تنموية شاملة تتمثل في المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية 2025 The study dealt with the issue of ecotourism between the requirements of development and the requirements of protecting the right to a clean environment.
