Abstract

وضعت جميع دول العالم التزاما على عاتقها بحماية البيئة بعد انعقاد مؤتمر ريو دي جانيرو، لذلك حاولت تبني استراتجيات وطنية تكفل دعم العلاقة بين البيئة والتنمية، ولتفعيلها سنت مجموعة من القوانين التي اصطدمت عند التنفيذ بالعديد من العوائق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية. ولمواجهة العوائق المختلفة التي تسعى الدول خاصة النامية منها على تحديها، فإنها ترمي في الوصول إلى إدارة بيئية فعالة وتقوية الإطار التشريعي البيئي، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات تشريعية بيئية. Abstract: All nation of the world had put a commitment upon themselves to protect the environment after the convening of Rio de Janeiro conference.For that , they tried to adopt national strategies that ensure and Support the relation between the environment and development, and activate it they set a collection of laws which had faced at execution many social, economic and polilical obstacles.To face these different obstacles, nations especially devloping countries seek to challenge it,they aim to reach to effective environmental, and strengthen environmental legislative framework and establish a legislative environmental database
