الأمازيغية في الخطاب السياسي

Abstract

The Amazigh identity, with its various components, including civil, political and human rights frameworks, actors and researchers, represents the most prominent social movements in Moroccan society, the most extensive and most present in the context of the interactions of public debate, discourses and projects that at the choices of society and the state and change the value systems, social life and public policies. these components, with their discourses and social and cultural perceptions, are the prominent forces in the space of society and the fields of production, discourse and practice, as we have considered that the topics of these studies and the analytical approach that aims to produce knowledge about them and surround them through the understanding and criticism necessary for the development of thought and practice together. From this centered the problem of the study on the extent of the impact of the Amazigh issue and its influence on the political discourse in the Kingdom of Morocco? What has been achieved so far in the Amazigh issue is still small and insufficient, both in terms of academic and political practice, and on the other hand, it can be said that the constitution of the Amazigh and the issuance of its own regulatory laws, provide a legal framework that will allow for the implementation of what was stated in the constitution and what these laws came with; Waiting for the return of the new political discourse of the Moroccan government in the future. تمثل الهوية الامازيغية بمختلف مكوناتها من إطارات مدنية و سياسية و حقوقية و فاعلين و باحثين، أبرز الحركات الاجتماعية في المجتمع المغربي و أكثرها امتدادا و حضورا في سياق تجاذبات النقاش العمومي و الخطابات و المشاريع التي تروم في اختيارات المجتمع و الدولة و تغيير منظومات القيم و الحياة الاجتماعية و السياسات العامة و لعل هذه المكونا ت، بخطاباتها و تصوراتها الاجتماعية و الثقافية، تعتبر القوى البارزة في فضاء المجتمع و مجالات الإنتاج و الخطاب و الممارسة، حيث ارتأينا أن تشكل موضوعات هذه الدراسات و التناول التحليلي الذي يروم إنتاج معرفة حولها و الإحاطة بها عبر الفهم و النقد الضروريين لتطوير الفكر و الممارسة معا. و من هذا تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول ما مدى تأثير المسألة الأمازيغية و تأثرها من الخطاب السياسي في المملكة المغربية؟ و ما تحقق حتى الآن في المسألة الأمازيغية لا يزال ضئيلا و غير كاف سواء من الناحية الأكاديمية أو الممارسة السياسية، و من جهة ثانية يمكن القول إن دسترة الأمازيغية و صدور القوانين التنظيمية الخاصة بها، سيوفر إطارا قانونيا يسمح في الشروع بإنجاز ما جاء في الدستور و ما جاءت به هذه القو انين؛ في انتظار مردود الخطاب السياسي الجديد للحكومة المغربية في المستقبل القريب .
