الفقه السنني في الخطاب الدعوي عند جودت سعيد و الطيب برغوث

Abstract

تتمحور إشكالية هذه الدراسة حول العلاقة بين الفقه السنني و الخطاب الدعوي، من خلال دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لرافدين فكريين شكلت جهودهما ملمحا بارزا في المسار السنني للفكر الحضاري المعاصر، و هما (جودت سعيد) و (الطيب برغوث). و ذلك عبر ثلاثة أبواب، مع مقدمة و خاتمة. تضمن الباب الأول فصلين، تناولا على الترتيب سيرة ومسار الداعيين مع مقارنة بينهما، ثم مفاهيم و مصطلحات الدراسة. و في الباب الثاني تتبعت الدراسة الفقه السنني في مضمون الخطاب الدعوي عموما ثم عند الداعيين، و ذلك عبر ثلاثة فصول، عالجت الخصائص السننية للخطاب الدعوي، ثم المجالات السننية، ثم الموضوعات السننية. أما الباب الثالث فقد خصص للأساليب السننية في الخطاب الدعوي عند الداعيين، في فصلين، تتطرق الأول إلى فلسفة الخطاب الدعوي، و الثاني لمناهج اكتساب المعرفة و طرائق تبليغها بين الداعيين. و بعد تتبع الفقه السنني في الخطاب الدعوي للداعيين، تبين كيف أن الفقه السنني شكل المركز في خطابهما الدعوي، و الأساس في رؤيتهما لنهضة الأمة. The problematic of this study centers on the relationship between divine laws awareness and advocacy discourse, through a comparative analytical study of two intellectuals whose efforts formed a prominent feature in the path of contemporary civilized thought, namely (Jawdat Saeed) and (Tayeb Barghout). through three chapters, with an introduction and a conclusion. The first chapter included two chapters, dealing respectively with the biography and path of the two preachers, with a comparison between them, and then the concepts and terminology of the study. In the second chapter, the study traced the divine laws awareness in the content of the advocacy discourse in general, then among the advocates, through three chapters. It dealt with the divine laws characteristics of the advocacy discourse, then the divine laws domains and issues. As for the third chapter, it is devoted to the divine laws methods in the advocacy discourse of the two preachers, in two chapters. The first deals with the philosophy of the advocacy discourse, and the second about the methods of acquiring knowledge and methods of communicating it among the two preachers. After tracing the divine laws awareness in the advocacy discourse of the two advocates, it became clear how divine laws awareness formed the center in their advocacy discourse, and the basis for their vision of the nation’s renaissance.
