التكوين الشرعي و أثره في العمل الدعوي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة التأثرية بين متغيرين بارزين في قضايا الفكر الإسلامي و هما التكوين الشرعي و العمل الدعوي؛ حيث يعالج بحثنا الموسوم ب التكوين الشرعي و أثره في العمل الدعوي_ دراسة رابطة الشباب الدعاة الجزائر_ تأثير التكوين الشرعي في العمل الدعوي، و قد عالجناه نظريا و ميدانيا، فتناولنا في الإطار النظري الخطة المنهجية التي تم العمل بها، و ناقشنا مختلف القضايا و المسائل النظرية و الامبريقية التي عالجت قضية التكوين الشرعي كمتغير مستقل يتحكم في العمل الدعوي، و تبين في الدراسة النظرية أن التكوين أمر مهم لكل مؤسسة أيا كان عملها حتى نحصل على فاعلية أكثر. و توصلنا بناء على دراستنا و ما أسفرت عنه الدراسات السابقة من نتائج أن التكوين الشرعي المعتمد في الجزائر في معاهد تكوين الأئمة أو في كليات العلوم الإسلامية، ضعيف و يرجع ذلك إلى عدة أسباب منها: ضعف الطرق و البرامج المعتمدة في التكوين، و التساهل في معايير قبول الطلبة المنضمين لمعاهد تكوين الأئمة، و ضعف أساتذة المعاهد المكونين، و وجود فجوات بين مختلف التخصصات في العلوم الإسلامية و صغر مدة التكوين. كما تبين أن العمل الدعوي يعاني عدة تحديات سواء على المستوى المحلي في الجزائر أم على المستوى العالمي، و قد خلصنا بعد التحليل الكيفي و الكمي للفرضيات التي اعتمدناها و هي أن التكوين العقدي و الفقهي الأصولي و التكوين المقاصدي و التكوين في العلوم المكملة للتكوين الشرعي يؤثر في جودة العمل الدعوي، و التي صغناها على شكل استبيان متكون من مجموعة أسئلة، و بعد التحليل و المناقشة تبين أن نسبة تحقق الفرضيات كان كبيرا. و قد اعتمدنا على خطة منهجية تستجيب لأهداف الدراسة التي أجريناها على (رابطة الشباب الدعاة الجزائر) . This research aims to study the influential relationship between two prominent variables in the issues of Islamic thought, namely the legislative formation and the advocacy work. Our research concerns the legislative formation and its impact on the advocacy work - The study of the Association of the Young Preachers in Algeria - The extent of the impact of the legal training on the quality of the advocacy work, and we dealt with it theoretically and in the field work. Concerning the theoretical framework, we dealt with the methodological plan that was worked out, and we discussed the various theoretical and empirical issues and questions that dealt with the issue of legal formation as a variable controlling the advocacy work. Based on our study and some other previous studies, we concluded that the legal training advocated in Algeria in the institutes for the formation of Imams or in the Faculties of Islamic Sciences is weak due to several reasons, namely: the weakness of the methods and programs approved for training, the leniency in the criteria for accepting students attending the institutes for the formation of imams, and the weakness of professors of as well as the existence of gaps between the various disciplines in Islamic sciences and the small period of training. It was also found that the advocacy calling work faces several challenges, whether at the locally in Algeria or at the global level, and we concluded through the field study after the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the indicators that hypothesized t the doctrinal and jurisprudential formation and the intentional formation and training in sciences are complementary to the legal training and affect the quality of the advocacy calling work . We formulated a questionnaire consisting of a set of questions, and after the analysis and discussion, it was found that the obtained percentage confirms the suggested hypotheses. We have adopted a systematic plan that responds to the intended objectives of the study. This latter was conducted in the Rushd Association for Rehabilitation and Youth Activism.
