الإستراتيجية التركية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط بعد حرب الخليج الثانية

Abstract

This study examines major important forms related to the most important changes that occurred in the Turkish strategy towards the Middle East region in the period between 1990-2020, this along with researching and analyzing the effect of these variables on Turkey's external interactions pattern, based on an important main assumption that came to address The extent of the actual contribution of the Second Gulf War to the expansion of the Turkish strategy towards the Middle Eastern circle, in addition to that, this study will explain and analyze the importance of Turkish self-capabilities (geographical location, economic capabilities, military capabilities, energy capabilities ....) that were used by Turkish politicians have a large and important role in supporting and strengthening the transformation of the Turkish regional role, from the functional role to the active role, to the most important challenges that will face this role in the future. تبحث هاته الدراسة في اشكال رئيسي هام متعلق باهم التغيرات التي طرات على الاستراتيجية التركية تجاه منطقة الشرق الااوسط في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990-2020، هذا مع بحث و تحليل أيضا أثر تلك المتغيرات على نمط تفاعلات تركيا الخارجية، و ذلك انطلاقا من افتراض رئيسي هام و مهم جاء ليعالج مدى مساهمة حرب الخليج الثانية الفعلية في تمدد الاستراتيجية التركية صوب الدائرة الشرق الأوسطية، ضف إلى ذلك ستعمل هاته الدراسة على شرح و تحليل أهمية المقدرات الذاتية التركية (الموقع الجغرافي، المقدرات الاقتصادية، المقدرات العسكرية ، المقدرات الطاقوية...) التي كان لتوظيفها من طرف الساسة الأتراك دورا كبيرا و هام في دعم و تعزيز تحول الدور الإقليمي التركي، من الدور الوظيفي إلى الدور الفاعل، وصولا إلى اهم التحديات التي ستواجه هذا الدور مستقبلا.
