العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية في ظل التحولات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط منذ 2011

Abstract

TheTurkish and Israelian relations have been strengthened in various sectors ,than it reached the level of concluding a strategic alliance in 1996. However, the conditions of the Turkish internal environment prepared for the rise of a political elite .That has different vision than the one adopted by Kemalist Turkey (Turkey adopted principles of governance according to the vision of the founder of the Republic, Kemal Ataturk) by opening up to The Middle East is an employee of its Ottoman civilizational heritage in its relations with it.So, Israel does not represent a priority in Turkey‟s foreign orientations, and the geopolitical changes that the region witnessed in late 2010 had repercussions on the relations of the two parties, which were characterized by a state of tension and attraction during this period. دابت تركيا و اسرائيل على تعزيز العلاقات بينهما في مختلف القطاعات لتصل الى مستوى عقد تحالف استراتيجي عام 1996م، غير ان ظروف البيئة الداخلية التركية هيئت لصعود نخبة سياسية تمتلك رؤية مغايرة لما تبنته تركيا الكمالية (تبنت تركيا مبادئ حكم وفقا لرؤية مؤسس الجمهورية كمال اتاتورك) بالانفتاح على الشرق الاوسط موظفة موروثها الحضاري العثماني في علاقاتها معه، لتصبح اسرائيل لا تمثل اولوية في توجهات تركيا الخارجية، كما كان للتحولات الجيوسياسية التي شهدتها المنطقة اواخر عام 2010م تداعيات على علاقات الطرفين و التي اتسمت بحالة من الشد و الجذب و التوتر خلال هذه الفترة.
