لأبعاد نفس- اجتماعية لعمالة الأطفال في المجتمع الجزائري (الجريمة المسكوت عنها)

Abstract

أصبحت ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال من الصور المؤلمة المتكررة دوما، وصداها بلغ كل أصقاع العالم، متجاوزة بذلك ومتمردة عن كل الأعراف والقوانين الداعية إلى الالتزام بحقوق الانسان عامة والطفل بصفة خاصة، ولا ريب عن تفشي هذه الظاهرة غير السوية في أغلب المجتمعات عامة والمجتمع الجزائري على وجه خاص لها أبعادها ودوافعها السيكولوجية والاجتماعية الكامنة منها والظاهرة ، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتقوم بتشخيص هذه المشكلة ومحاولة البحث في هذه الدوافع والأبعاد من خلال طرح التساؤل التالي: ماهي الأبعاد السيكولوجية الكامنة والظاهرة التي تقف وراء انتشار هذه الظاهرة ؟ وماهي الآليات الناجعة التي تمكننا من معالجة هذه الدوافع؟The phenomenon of child labor has become one of the most painful and recurrent Images, and its echo has reached all parts of the world, surpassing all the norms and laws calling for adherence to human rights in general and children in particular.
