Abstract

إن تبني سيرورة البحث العلمي لفهم السلوك الإجرامي ليس بالأمر الهيّن، فهو يحتاج إلى ممارسة مستمرة والتحلي بروح الموضوعية في أبعد حدودها خاصة وأن هذا السلوك في حد ذاته هو مُعقد ومتشابك من حيث مسبباته وآثاره ونتائجه.لذلك، يجد المتتبع للأدبيات التي تناولت مصادر البحث في السلوك الإجرامي وأساليبه أنها جد متنوعة وتمتاز بالكثير من المعيقات التي تلزم الباحث بتوخي الحذر والحيطة. فمن هذا المنظور، نسعى إلى تقديم بعض التوضيحات بخصوص فهم السلوك الإجرامي من زاوية بحثية كمية ونوعية وذلك من خلال:-تقديم بعض المصادر التي تعتمد على التكميم والإحصاء لرصد الظاهرة الإجرامية، وعرض بعض الأساليب البحثية لفهم السلوك الإجرامي.Adopting the process of scientific research to understand criminal behavior is not easy, He needs constant practice and a spirit of objectivity in the farthest limits, especially since this behavior in itself is complex and intertwined in terms of its causes, effects and results. Therefore, the follower finds that the literature dealing with the sources of research in criminal behavior and methods is very diverse and is characterized by many obstacles that obligate the researcher to exercise caution and caution. From this perspective, we seek to provide some clarifications regarding the understanding of criminal behavior from a qualitative and quantitative research perspective through: - Provide some sources that rely on quantification and statistics to monitor the criminal phenomenon, - Show some research methods to understand criminal behavior
