مضلة القوى النووية في آسيا بين الاستقلالية والتبعية

Abstract

تتمحور الدراسة حول دور المتغير النووي في إدارة العلاقات بين القوى النووية في آسيا، خاصة وأنها تمثل مركز الثقل في امتلاك مثل هذه التكنولوجيات المتطورة، في المقابل تعاني القارة الآسيوية من أزمات ونزاعات عبر حدودية مما قد يشكل تهديد البعض الدول التي تتملك مثل هذه الأسلحة ومن هنا يظهر مدى عقلانية صانع القرار في إدارة مثل هذه الملفات بعيدا عن استخدام القوة النووية كأداة لاحتواء الوضع، لذا كان لزاما دراسة وتحليل المسالك المؤثرة في بنية وهندسة السياسة الخارجية لهذه الدول بين تبعيتها من جهة وهيمنتها من جهة أخرى، أو العمل على بناء شبكة تعاونية في تحقيق السلم والأمن الاقليمي والعالمي. The study based on the role of the nucklar changing in the direction of the relation between the nucklar power in Asia, Especially because it represents the center of civaivity to gain such advanced technology and instead the Asian continent suffer from struggles in the frontier, that may threat some countries wich have such arms. It shows the moral distance of the decision maker in controlling such as fiels far of using the nucklar power as a tool to dominate the situation, so it was obligatory to study and take into consideration the effective ways to build strange policy of those countries between its dependency from side and dominated from other or the work on helping network to investigation the national peace and security.
