اتجاهات طلبة العلوم السياسية في جامعة العلوم الإسلامية العالمية نحو أثر الكوتا النسائية على المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الأردنية(2003- 2007)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة الكوتا النسائية في النظام الانتخابي الأردني, والتعرف على آراء واتجاهات طلبة العلوم السياسية في جامعة العلوم الإسلامية العالمية نحو أثر الكوتا النسائية على المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الأردنية . وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي لإلقاء الضوء على المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الأردنية , وكذلك تم استخدام المنهج القانوني عند الحديث عن النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بالكوتا النسائية في قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب , وأخيراً تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الإحصائي (SPSS) من أجل تحليل البيانات الإحصائية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها , أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو أثر الكوتا النسائية على المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الأردنية تبعاً للمتغيرات الشخصية للمبحوثين , وأن أبرز مظاهر مشاركة المرأة السياسية تمثلت في مشاركتها في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية, وأن الكوتا النسائية ساعدت المرأة من خارج المدن الرئيسة في الوصول إلى مركز صنع القرار, وأوصت الدراسة بتوسيع مشاركة المرأة السياسية في كافة مواقع صنع القرار السياسي, وزيادة عدد مقاعد الكوتا النسائية في قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب . This study aims to identify the nature of the women's quota in the Jordanian electoral system, and to identify the views and attitudes of political science students at the University of World Islamic Sciences towards the impact of the women's quota on political participation Jordanian women . The researcher used the historical approach to shed light on the political participation of Jordanian women, and used the legal approach when it comes to the legal texts relating to the women's quota in the election to the House of Representatives, and finally used of statistical approach (SPSS) for statistical data analysis. The study concluded several conclusions, including that there was no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of respondents differences about the impact of the women's quota on the political participation of Jordanian women depending on the variables of personal respondents, and that the most prominent manifestations of women's political participation was the participation in parliamentary and municipal elections, and that the women's quota has helped women from outside the major cities in the access to the decision-making center. The study recommended the expansion of women's political participation in all political decision-making positions, and increase the number of women's quota seats in the election law.
