Abstract

يعد موضوع انتشار الأسلحة النووية أحد أهم القضايا التي تصدرت أجندة الاهتمامات الدولية، حيث - ومنذ نهاية الحرب الباردة - أصبح تحليل نوايا سعي الدول نحو امتلاك السلاح النووي، ومدى تهديد ذلك للأمن العالمي في صميم النقاش الدائر ضمن حقل الدراسات الإستراتيجية والأمنية، لذلك تأتي المبادرة بهذه الورقة البحثية على أساس السعي نحو تقديم معالجة لهذه الظاهرة، بالاستناد إلى إطار نظري تجسده نماذج سكوت ساجان Scott Sagan التي ننظر إليها باعتبارها مرجعية مهمة - من الناحية الأكاديمية - لدراسة وتفسير ظاهرة الانتشار النووي في واقع العلاقات الدولية.From the most important cases who's board the international agenda is the subject of the proliferation nuclear weapons. since the end of the cold war became the intentions of seeking analysis of state to possess nuclear weapons, and that the extent of the threat to global security debate in the field of security and strategic studies . So this paper comes to address this phenomenon from the perspective of three models of Scott Sagan, which constitute an important reference point for academic study and the interpretation and understanding of the phenomenon of nuclear proliferation in the field of international relations.
