السلوك الإجرامي لدى عصابات الأحياء بالجزائر مقاربة نفسية إجرامية

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة نشاط عصابات الأحياء في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل جملة من السلوكيات الإجرامية المرتكبة في هذا السياق، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المقارن لعينة من القضايا المعالجة من طرف المصالح الأمنية الجزائرية، سنحاول تبيان خصوصية هذه الظاهرة الجديدة بالمجتمع الجزائري، مقارنة بما هو واقع في دول أخرى، مع تحديد نوعية السلوك الإجرامي واقتراح جملة من التوصيات التي من شأنها المساهمة في الوقاية، التصدي وردع هذه الأنواع من الأفعال الإجرامية المستحدثة. The present study aims at highlighting the phenomenon of street gang activity in Algeria, through the analysis of criminal behaviour committed in this context. We used the descriptive comparative methodology of a sample of criminal acts countered by the efforts of Algerian security services. In particular, we will try to determine the specificity of this phenomenon in the Algerian society and compare it to that found in other countries. We will describe the type of criminal conduct and suggest a set of recommendations aiming at the effective prevention and resolution of these new types of criminal offences.
