دور اللـجنــة المصـرفيــة فـي حمـايـة الجهــاز المصــرفـي

Abstract

حرص المشرع الجزائري على تبني أحدث القواعد لضمان رقابة فعالة على النشاط المصرفي، فإلى جانب الرقابة المباشرة الداخلية الممارسة من طرف محافظي الحسابات على النشاط الائتماني للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية، تم إنشاء جهاز مستقل يتمثل في اللجنة المصرفية التي تعتبر جهاز إداري يتولى مهمة مراقبة الوضعية المالية للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية، والسهر على احترامها للأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية، ومتابعتها بصفة مستمرة أثناء ممارستها لنشاطها، وإخضاعها عند الضرورة لعقوبات تأديبية، أو حتى قضائية تخضع للطعن فيها أمام الجهات القضائية الإدارية.The Algerian legislature has adopted the latest rules to ensure effective supervision of banking activity.
