Abstract

رغم كل الجهود التي تبذلها الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية فإن تقارير منظمة الشفافية الدولية تؤكد معدلات جرائم الفساد في تزايد مستمر، وللفساد المالي تأثير في جميع القطاعات، بما فيها قطاع العمليات المصرفية، والذي يرتبط بأنشطة غير مشروعة وعمليات مشبوهة تشكل خطرا على الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي .In spite of all the efforts displayed by the governmental bodies and our governmental, the reports of the organization international of the transparency confirm that the rate of the crimes of corruption continues to increase, with impacts on all the sectors, including the banking sector by suspicious and illegal transactions, what constitutes a threat for the state and world economy.
