البيئــة التـراثيــة السياحيــة فـي المناطــق الساحليــة

Abstract

تعتبر البيئة التراثية المزدوجة بين تلاحم و/أو إتصال التراث الطبيعي المجالي مع التراث الثقافي في محيط حيوي نظامي تفاعلي، مشترك المدى الجغرافي من الفضاء الإقليمي، ذو المؤهلات والخصوصيات الايكولوجية ذاتها، مواقعًا يشكل من البيئة المجالية طابعًا سياحيًا فريدًا ونادراً، لِمَا تحتويه هذه الأوساط حسب أداءها ووظيفتها في إبراز مقومات ومعالم السياحة البيئية في المناطق الساحلية على إختلاف أنماطها وتباينها البيولوجي. إن تقدير المجالات البيئية التراثية، حمايتها وتثمينها في إطار التدبير الرشيد لإستراتيجية الإدارة المتكاملة للمناطق الساحلية، يتطلب دمج التنمية المستدامة في تأهيل وترقية، عقلنة وحوّكمة القطاع السياحي لصناعة ثروة بيولوجية ذات قيمة اقتصادية منظرية تنافسية، من حيث رفع جودة وأداء المواقع التراثية الطبيعية/الثقافية وتثمينها في بيئاتها كعامل استقرار للمنتوج السياحي الخام، وتسويقه الإلكتروني لتحقيق الاقتصاد الوطني التكافلي للسياحة الساحلية. The dual environmental heritage between cohesion and / or communication of the national and cultural heritage in a vital, systematic and interactive zone; shared by the geographic range of the regional space, having the same the same qualifications and specifities. It constitutes from the field of environment a rare and unique area of a touristic character for what these circles contain according to its function and role; to highlight the environmental touristic components and sights in the coastal areas due to the difference of its biological variations and paterns. The evaluation of environmental heritage fields and its protection and value, under the good governance of a full management strategy of the costal areas.It requires the integration of sustainable development in the rehabilitation promotion, rationalization and governance of the touristic sector to produce a biological wealth of a theoretical and competitive economical value; from the perspective of raising the quality and performance of the natural and cultural heritage sites.In addition to value its statements as a stabilizing factor of the raw touristic product and the E-marketing so as to achieve the national economy of the coastal tourism.
