المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بالأمن النفسي دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من أفراد أعوان الجمارك بوهران

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية القائمة بين درجة المناخ التنظيمي بأبعاده المتمثلة في الهيكل التنظيمي،طبيعة العمل،الحوافز، نمط القيادة والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات ودرجة الأمن النفسي العام لدى أعوان الجمارك في المديرية الجهوية للجمارك بوهران. طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة تقدر بـ: 200 عون جمركي، لقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بتطبيق الأدوات التالية: استبيان يقيس المناخ التنظيمي، ومقياس الأمن النفسي لزينب شقير (2005). توصلت النتائج إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المناخ التنظيمي والأمن النفسي.The study aims to identify the nature of the correlation that exists between the degree of organizational climate in its dimensions of organizational structure, nature of work, incentives, leadership style and participation in decision-making and the degree of general psychological security At the customs officers of the Oran Regional Directorate of Customs. This study was applied to a sample estimated at: 200 customs aids, The descriptive and analytical approach has been followed by applying the following tools: a questionnaire measuring the organizational climate, and a measure of psychological security by Zeinab Choucair (2005). The results concluded: There is a correlation between the organizational climate and psychological security
