Abstract

إن التعامل مع البيانات الوراثية البشرية يخضع لضوابط وأسس يجب مراعاتها، تتمثل أساسا في ألا تستخدم فيما يضر أو ينتهك حقوق الإنسان، حيث يقع على عاتق الدولة والهيئات الدولية مسؤولية ضمان ذلك، عن طريق وضع تشريعات تحقق توافقا بين متطلبات مصالح المجتمع المختلفة وحقوق الفرد وكرامته الإنسانية، وتجسيدا لذلك نجد أن العديد من النصوص القانونية والمواثيق الدولية أكدت على ضرورة ضمان وحماية الكرامة الإنسانية واحترام حقه في الخصوصية الجينية، إضافة لحماية حقه في السلامة الجسدية عند التعامل مع البصمة الوراثية.Dealing with genetic data is the subject that must be observed by rules and regulations , it is mainly to not be used to harm or violate human rights , where it rests with states and international bodies to ensure this through regislation that meets requirements of society and individual rights and human dignity of individual.
