الكفايات المهنية اللازمة للفريق النفسي البيداغوجي "دراسة ميدانية بمراكز الإعاقة الذهنية لولاية عنابة"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف على الكفايات المهنية اللازم توفرها في الفريق النفسي البيداغوجي بالمركزين " المركز النفسي البيداغوجي لرعاية الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا بوخضرة عنابة، والمركز النفسي البيداغوجي لرعاية الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا عنابة وسط ", من خلال دراسة على عينة من المختصين، وقد استخدمت الباحتتان المنهج الوصفي، و اداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات بين المختصين الذين قدر عددهم ب 21 مختص، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن: الكفايات المهنية اللازمة للفريق النفسي البيداغوجي المتعدد التخصصات هي: كفايات الاتصال مع الزملاء، كفايات الاتصال مع الأطفال، كفايات شخصية.This study aimed to identify the professional competencies required to be available in the psychological pedagogical team of two centers, “the psychological pedagogical center for the car of mentally handicapped children boukhadra annaba, and the psychological center for the car of mentally handicapped children in annaba wasat” though a study on a sample of specialists. And a questionnaire tool to collect data between specialists whose number was estimated at 21 specialists, chosen in an intentional way. And the results of the study concluded that: the professional competencies required for the multi-disciplinary pedagogical psychological team are: competencies for communication with colleagues, competencies for commutation with children, personal competencies
