Abstract

تهدف القراءة التحليلية الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم المفاهيم التنبؤية الحديثة في علم نفس الجريمة و الانحراف و هو الخطر الإجرامي لدى فئة المراهقين و تحديد عوامله على جميع المستويات و كذا شرح آليات تفاعلات تلك العوامل، حيث يشير الخطر الإجرامي إلى الاحتمال غير المؤكد لارتكاب جريمة ، كما يمكن تحديد مجموعة من المؤشرات التي يمكن ملاحظتها و الاستدلال بها على مدى الخطر الإجرامي في المستقبل، تظهر تلك المؤشرات في: المجال النفسي ، الأسري ، المدرسي ،جماعة الرفاق و طبيعة الحي السكني ، ينشأ الخطر الإجرامي و تزيد احتماليته بتفاعل تلك المجالات معا، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التحليلية وصف عملية التفاعل بين تلك المجالات في سبيل تحقيق رؤية متكاملة لفهم السلوك الإنساني المعادي للمجتمع و المساهمة في الوقاية منه مستقبلا.The current analytical reading aims to shed light on one of the most modern predictive concept in the psychology of crime and deviation; which is the criminal risk of adolescents and determining its factors on all levels, as well as explanation of the mechanisms of the interactions of those factors, where the criminal risk indicates the certain possibility of committing a crime, and a set of observable indicators can be identified and inferred on the extent of the criminal risk in the future.
