أشكال السلوك الانحرافي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين: حسب تصور المتخصصين في العلوم الاجتماعية والقانونية

Abstract

إن السلوك الانحرافي من بين المواضيع التي لاقت إهتمام العديد من العلماء والباحثين منذ القديم، حيث تطورت الدراسات حوله نظرا لانتشاره وتنوع أشكاله مع مرور الزمن ، إضافة إلى أن السلوكات الانحرافية لم تعد تميز فئة معينة من المجتمع بل أصبحت تمس جميع الفئات، منها فئة مميزة تمثل نخبة المجتمع وهي فئة الطلبة الجامعيين الذين نلمس من خلال الملاحظة للأوساط الجامعية إنتشار بعض هذه السلوكات لديهم . الأمر الذي جعلنا نتناول هذا الموضوع بالدراسة هادفين منه حصر أشكال السلوك الانحرافي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين عن طريق رصد تصورات المتخصصين في دراسة السلوك الانساني الممثلين في المتخصصين في العلوم الإجتماعية، إضافة إلى المتخصصين في دراسة الانحراف والجريمة وهم المتخصصون في العلوم القانونية، معتمدين في رصد هذه التصورات على استمارة إلكترونية وزعت على بعض هؤلاء المتخصصين وبعد تحليل إجابات هؤلاء، تطابقت نتائج الدراسة مع أسئلة بحثنا حيث أظهرت أن بعض أشكال السلوك الانحرافي تنتشر بين الطلبة الجامعيين مثل: الغش في الامتحانات، العنف اللفظي والجسدي،الإنحرافات الجنسية، الإنحرافات الأخلاقية ،استهلاك وبيع الممنوعات،..... من السلوكات التي عبر عنها المتخصصون Deviant behavior is among the topics that have attracted the attention of many scientists and researchers since ancient times, as studies have developed around it due to its spread and diversity of its forms over time. In addition, deviant behaviors no longer characterize a particular group of society, but rather affect all groups, including a distinct group that represents the society’s elite, which is the category of university’s students. Who see by observing the university circles, the spread of some of these behaviors, which made us study this subject with the aim of limiting the forms of deviant behavior among university students, by monitoring the representations of specialists in the study of human behavior represented by specialists in social sciences, in addition to specialists in the study of delinquency and crime, who are specialists in legal sciences, relying on monitoring these representations On an electronic form distributed to some of these specialists.After analyzing their answers, the study results matched our research questions. It showed that some forms of deviant behavior spread among university students, such as: cheating in exams, verbal and physical violence, sexual and moral perversions, consumption and sale of contraband, .... are behaviors expressed by specialists
