التعاون الدولي لخلايا معالجة الإستعلام المالي (EGMONT) للحد من جرائم الفساد المالي

Abstract

تعتبر جرائم تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب أخطر جرائم الفساد المالي التي أقر لها المشرع الجزائري العديد من الآليات لمكافحتها أهمها الهيئات المختصة، حيث أنشأ التشريع الجزائري خلية معالجة الإستعلام المالي بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 02/127 المؤرخ في 07/04/2002 المتضمن إنشاء خلية معالجة الإستعلام المالي وتنظيمها وعملها المعدل والمتمم، والتي تعتبر الهيئة الأهم لمكافحة جرائم تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، ونظرا لمخاطر هذه الجريمة سعت خلية معالجة الإستعلام المالي لتجسيد التعاون الدولي للتصدي لهذه الجريمة باعتبارها من الجرائم المنظمة من خلال الإنظمام لخلايا معالجة الإستعلام المالي من خلال المنتدى العالمي للتبادل بين خلايا المعلومات المالية "ايغمونت"في 2013، التي تسعى من خلاله الجزائر اكتساب الخبرات وتبادل المعلومات في مجال مكافحة الجريمة المنظمةAre the crimes of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, the most serious of crimes of corruption and financial regulations, which recognized the Algerian legislature several mechanisms to combat them, the most important of the bodies responsible for considered and established for that purpose Algerian legislation addressing financial query cell body by Executive Decree No. 02/127 of 07/04/2002 establishing a cell address financial query, organization and operation, which is considered the most important body to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and because of the risk of this crime sought to address financial query cell to reflect international cooperation to address this as a crime organization through addressing financial query cells during the world forum for exchange between the cells of financial information and the Egmont Group"In 2013, which seeks through Algeria to acquire experience and exchange information in the area of the fight against organized crime.
