القيم التربوية ودورها في معالجة ظاهرة العنف المدرسي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية للكشف عن مدى تأثير القيم التربوية على سلوك الطفل والعلاقة الجدلية بين القيم والعنف, والدور الذي تلعبه هذه القيم في الحد من ظاهرة العنف ومحاربة ظاهرة التميز بين التلاميذ وهذا من خلال نشر ثقافة الحوار والتعايش السلمي, كما تهدف إلى تحليل سوسيولوجي لأسباب ظاهرة العنف في المدرسة الجزائرية وإبراز العوامل المؤدية لضعف النسق القيم لدى التلاميذ وإعطاء بدائل وحلول لهذه المشكلات وقد تم الاعتماد على عينة تتكون من 120متعلما, وتم الاستعانة بأدوات بحثية كالاستبيان والملاحظة والمقابلة,كما تم الاعتماد على نظام spss في تحليل النتائج.This field study aims to reveal the extent of the impact of educational values on the behavior of the child and the dialectical relationship between values and violence, and the role that these values play in limiting the phenomenon of violence and combating the phenomenon of discrimination among students and this through the dissemination of a culture of dialogue and peaceful coexistence, and also aims at a sociological analysis of the causes of this phenomenon. Violence in the Algerian school, highlighting the factors leading to the weakness of the students’ value system, and giving alternatives and solutions to these problems. A sample of 120 learners was relied upon, and research tools were used, such as the questionnaire, observation and interview, and the spss system was relied upon to analyze the results.
