Abstract

تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الأطر النظرية والعملية والتنموية للتأمين التكافلي، وتجلت أهمية هذه الورقات البحثية من خلال إبراز الفوارق الجوهرية بين التأمين التجاري والتكافلي، وكذا بيان مدى تنوع الصيغ الإدارية والاستثمارية المنتهجة في مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي وأثرها الاقتصادي التنموي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة محورية تبرز مدى إمكانية وقابلية مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي من المساهمة في دفع عجلة التنمية بالشراكة مع مختلف المؤسسات الاقتصادية وخاصة المصارف الإسلامية، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة التأمين التكافلي ودعم المؤسسات المسيرة له من أجل توسيع السوق التأمينية التكافلية.
